Details:

1. Walk-in cleaning cabin, pre-treatment for steel and aluminium
The cleaning cabin is designed for automatic cleaning. Medium pressure spraying can be used. The cabin features 7 different spray tanks. Maximum part dimensions: L = 6000 mm, W = 2000 mm, H = 2300 mm.

1. Cabin dimensions: Length: 6,500 mm / Width: 3,000 mm / Height: 3,600 mm
2. Complete pre-treatment dimensions: Length: 6,600 mm / Width: 4,640 mm / Height: 4,300 mm

Process steps:

1st process: Degreasing/Neutral Pickling
Heated tank, 50-55°C, time = 3-6 minutes, drip-off time = 80 seconds

2nd process: Acidic mineral pickling
Heated tank, 50-55°C, time = 3-6 minutes, drip-off time = 80 seconds

3rd process: Rinsing 1
Rinsing at ambient temperature, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, drip-off time = 1 minute

4th process: Rinsing 2
Rinsing at ambient temperature, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, drip-off time = 45 seconds

5th process: Rinsing 3
Rinsing at ambient temperature, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, drip-off time = 45 seconds

6th process: Nano-ceramic
Ambient temperature, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, drip-off time = 60 seconds

7th process: Ceiling spray ring for post-rinsing after process 6
Rinsing at ambient temperature, time = 1 minute, drip-off time = 60 seconds

8th process: Passivation, no-rinse for aluminium
Rinsing at ambient temperature, time = 2-3 minutes, drip-off time = 1-2 minutes

1.1 Reverse osmosis system
Reverse osmosis system, 250 litres/hour.

1.2 Oil skimmer
Tank no. 1 is equipped with an oil skimmer “UniSkim-21-100”.

Structure:
The spray system is two-part and mobile and can be moved up to 500 mm via a pneumatic slide system. The return feed to the tanks is also mobile by means of a pneumatic slide system with 7 positions to serve the 7 tanks.

The booth features 2 pneumatic doors on one side for material infeed and outfeed, plus one side door for the operator.

The conveyor system consists of:
Designed for a load carrier weight of 700 kg, the trolley carries up to 2,000 kg across 3 rails.
