Consisting of:

Infeed:
- Sturdy aluminium construction in proven profile design
- Ergonomically adjustable working height from 985 – 1055 mm
- Raw bar length from min. 400 mm up to max. 6,000 mm (optional extension kit for 6,500 mm available)
- Material feed via chain conveyor for automatic 9-compartment loading
- Working direction from left to right

Profi Cutting Saw:
- Automatic bandsaw with pneumatic clamping system consisting of 3 clamping elements
- Infinitely adjustable saw feed via hydraulic unit
- Work process controlled via Exenso control system
- Saw area protected from the front by a light curtain
- Bandsaw operation: 1.5 kW, frequency controlled
- Bandsaw dimensions: HBS 250 G 3320 x 27 x 0.9 mm, long service life
- Cutting speed: standard operation 15–110 m/min
- Cutting area width 10–120 mm, height 10–80 mm

Outfeed:
- Sturdy aluminium construction in proven profile design
- Ergonomic removal height from 760 – 820 mm (Note: not adjustable separately from working height)
- Parts outfeed via driven roller conveyor with steel rollers
- Roller-guided ejection unit over three levels onto inclined receiving table
- Maximum part length via automatic outfeed: 3,500 mm (optional extension kit for 4,500 mm working length available)
- Scrap disposal via ejection unit – max. length 600 mm
- Scrap falls via chute into on-site waste container (Note: waste container not included in scope of delivery)
- Offcut identification at rest position, marked for manual collection by operator

Software / Data Interface:
- HECHT Software Exenso ESA (version to be specified after joint pre-acceptance)

Operation:
- Reinforcing steel is placed by the operator onto the feed magazine as specified/displayed in infeed
- Transmission of required PVC cut-to-length data via integrated data interface from customer’s window production software to the centre
- Steel is automatically fed and conveyed
- Optimised cutting of the pre-set lengths
- Steel is transported to the removal position at the outfeed
- Alternatively, double cuts can be made after checking
