Offset sanding units with large pressure rollers for effective heat dissipation and stable belt tracking. Sanding units feature forced belt oscillation. Two-point sanding dust extraction directly at the sanding drum. Fine dust extraction at the large pressure rollers. Integrated sanding belt blower system for extended belt service life. Integrated brushing and finishing device, adjustable via threaded spindle, with large dust extraction system. Motorized thickness adjustment of the entire upper unit via precision-threaded spindles and linear ball bearings on hardened and ground precision shafts with dust and dirt protection. Electronic digital display for workpiece thickness (resolution 0.1 mm). Contact roller and sanding pad are optimally balanced to belt load. Hardened and ground sanding drums. Maintenance-free and wear-resistant oxide ceramic sanding shoes (DBGM) providing excellent sliding properties, good heat dissipation, and high dimensional stability.
