Compact design engineered according to modern standards. Quiet and vibration-free operation due to a rigid, stable machine frame and special insulation. Safety features in line with EC Machinery Directive, certified as "dust tested".
Offset sanding units with large pressure rollers for effective heat dissipation and stable belt tracking. Sanding units feature forced belt oscillation. Two-point sanding dust extraction directly at the sanding drum. Fine dust extraction at the large pressure rollers. Integrated sanding belt blower system for extended belt service life. Integrated brushing and finishing device, adjustable via threaded spindle, with large dust extraction system. Motorized thickness adjustment of the entire upper unit via precision-threaded spindles and linear ball bearings on hardened and ground precision shafts with dust and dirt protection. Electronic digital display for workpiece thickness (resolution 0.1 mm). Contact roller and sanding pad are optimally balanced to belt load. Hardened and ground sanding drums. Maintenance-free and wear-resistant oxide ceramic sanding shoes (DBGM) providing excellent sliding properties, good heat dissipation, and high dimensional stability. Belt tensioning via pneumatic cylinder. Belt change facilitated by pneumatically controlled belt relaxation. Adjustable belt tracking during belt replacement. Electropneumatic pressure monitoring for compressed air supply with optical fault display. Automatic machine stop in case of belt breakage and with infeed guard integrated with wood thickness detection. Visual indicators at the control panel. Infeed device and proven, calibrated, slip- and grip-resistant transport belts on precision-ground tables and spring-loaded pressure rollers. Cardan shaft drive for consistent wood feed. Infinitely adjustable feed speed. Chip removal adjustment at the bottom via precision threaded spindle with scale ring (resolution 0.1 mm). Ergonomic layout of operating and adjustment elements at the front: sanding and brushing unit top, sanding and brushing unit bottom, workpiece transport, sanding thickness adjustment, operation, and warning indicator. Control and operating panel integrated in the machine frame with lockable main switch. All motors are electrically protected against overload.
