CONSTRUCTION AND TABLES
• The machine frame is made of autogenously cut steel and divided into three electro-welded monoblocks, produced exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Cylindrical columns with 300 mm diameter, high mechanical strength, ground and chrome-plated to achieve a low friction and wear coefficient.
• Upper table with T-slots and anti-drop safety system.
• Usable table area: 4,750 x 2,250 mm.
• Structure capable of withstanding 600 TN of concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.
• The lower table is designed for a travel of up to 50 TN and is supported by bronze guides with graphite inserts and mechanical positioning centers for precise table position.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• 6 single-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated plungers, and wear-resistant guides.
• Four 50 TN hydraulic compensators, fitted to the ends of the lower table.
• 800-liter hydraulic unit featuring a low-noise Denison pump, automatic shut-off of the rapid fill speed, and equipped with a decompression system during working speed.
• Proportional pressure system and optical gauges for monitoring the displacement on the upper table, with a synchronous electronic system for balancing eccentric or unbalanced loads.
• Hydraulic group cooling system with independent air-oil cooling unit.
• All hydraulic presses of the M series are equipped with a side-mounted pressure switch to adjust the pressure best suited for the specific operation.
• Glycerine pressure gauge with tonnage indicator.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Includes a SIEMENS safety PLC, SIMATIC S7 1200 model, and a 12" touchscreen. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, travel distance, and dwell time on the upper table. Up to 300 programs can be saved, with each recipe capable of setting all aforementioned values.
• Low-voltage operation via two-hand control.
• Anti-drop safety system with hydraulic safety jaws.
• Category IV light curtains at front and rear.
• Side guards with opening and safety micro-switches.
