HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR BENDING

The FDV-150E/3,000 double-column hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom-designed for bending operations.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at 295 Bar pressure, thereby ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance.

Complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Constructed from an electrowelded, rigid, fixed-bed frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and calculated using finite element method (FEM) software.
- Fitted with upper and lower tables machined from C45E steel with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment via four lateral cylindrical guides (80 mm diameter) fitted with maintenance-free, anti-friction bimetallic bushings.
- Lower table with T-slots measuring 3,100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Two main double-acting cylinders with chrome-plated plungers and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit, including cylinder decompression valve.
- Glycerine pressure gauge with display in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
- Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touchscreen located in the control panel. Enables programming of operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic), force, stroke, and dwell time. Offers storage capacity for up to 300 programs (recipes); each recipe can store all of the above values.
- Operation is controlled via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
- Safety features include category IV photoelectric barriers located at the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear swinging guard with a magnetic disconnect sensor.
