Short heating time for the GlueJet adhesive system of approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on the type of adhesive and ambient temperature.

Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet glue application system and adhesive cartridges.
Switching PUR adhesive and cleaning the system is easy and can be done within a few minutes.

Axis adjustment via high-quality, repeatable servo motors.
Special equipment for materials with protective film, such as high-gloss and super-matt surfaces!

One of the absolute highlights of this machine is the multifunction package, which shows its strengths in operations handling many different edge types. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can switch between radii and bevels depending on requirements – from the longitudinal milling unit through to corner copying and profile scraper.

The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed area provide support when processing large workpieces, while a guide system helps feed small workpieces into the machine.
