The precise and fast positioning of the movable gantry (X-axis) is achieved via a helical pinion and rack system. Recirculating ball screws with a large cross-section ensure accurate positioning of the working unit along the moving gantry (Y- and Z-axes). The perfect mechanical dynamics and maximum positioning accuracy are controlled by high-quality drives and brushless motors.
