Manufactured from 19mm Forescolour, including a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact laminate, and base frame with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed configured as sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF. Table apertures pre-configured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set consisting of profile rails incl. linear guides, ball screw drive, and precision rack and pinion. All components assembled, pre-lubricated including trial run, immediately operational. Control set includes control cables, energy chains, planetary gearboxes, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply unit, and toroidal transformer, fully pre-installed in control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Switching relays for automatic actuating of the existing extraction system. Brush seals for dust protection and CE-compliant safety features through a moving dust extraction system and side-mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, with a 275° and 5.5m field of view (machine positioned in a corner of the workspace). Handheld control unit with all necessary functions for operating the machine, including emergency stop and dead man’s switch. Tool length sensor to determine tool length and update active zero point offset. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW incl. collet nut, frequency inverter, mains filter, braking resistor, and collet set. Built-in monitor inc. mini PC with Windows 10, Beamicon2 control software, mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console. CAD license for Rhino 7.0 and CAM license for Estlcam V11, with all required documentation sent via email prior to delivery.

- Milling bed configured as vacuum table
consisting of six individually controlled segments. Cross table made from PE with a top sheet in MDF. Becker vacuum pump with 160 m³/h capacity, oil-lubricated. For electrical connection of the vacuum pump, a 16A, 400V three-phase plug is required. Customer must provide double-sided raw HDF 3mm for the entire vacuum table (3000x2100mm) as sacrificial plate. (Recommended use: machining finished chipboard materials)
