Description & key features:
The rotary blowing-out machine is designed for pharmaceutical and medical applications and is suitable for GMP-compliant internal cleaning of stable, round glass or plastic bottles using sterile compressed air.
- Fully automatic bottle cleaning and extraction
- Processing of up to 200 containers/minute
- Including format sets for plastic bottles Ø 44 mm × height 95 mm

Operating principle: Bottles are fed in single file via a conveyor belt and screw, separated, transferred into a carousel, gripped with tongs, rotated 180°, and cleaned with nozzles (blowing out) and suction heads (extraction). The bottles are then transferred to the conveyor and the downstream machine.
