ITF Wave 450

The Wave 450 parts washing system is a highly flexible vacuum-assisted degreasing machine, capable of ensuring a high degree of component decontamination.
All operations, such as spray, immersion and ultrasonic degreasing cycles, as well as the distillation, filtration, and drying processes, are performed sequentially, fully automatically, and in a completely vacuum-sealed environment.

The Wave 450 machine can operate with: modified alcohol-based solvents (MA) / class III hydrocarbons (H-III) / chlorinated solvents (Perchloroethylene).
These solvents are specifically used when a vigorous degreasing phase is required, evaporating completely without leaving residues on the treated parts.

Distillation
Solvent distillation maintains the solvent's degreasing efficiency. All our systems are equipped as standard with a dual-stage distiller, ensuring the separation of solvent and oils; further water discharge occurs in the water separator.

PLC management with Siemens S7 and 12" Siemens HMI as standard
The machine meets Industry 4.0 and 5.0 requirements.
