THE PRACTICAL HAND BENDING DEVICE:

The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending in a vise. The drive is operated via a screw-in handle. A lockable setting ring ensures repeatable bends. The plug-in tools can be changed with exceptional ease. The "stationary tube and rotating tool" principle allows for bending in the smallest of spaces. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are used for crease-free bending, producing bends with minimal deformation in materials such as stainless steel and copper tubes. The optional version with hexagonal fitting allows use not only in a vise, but also with the drive systems of the 3000 and 6000 bending machines. To do so, the KBV is simply mounted onto the bending shaft of the machine.
