Fully hydraulic heavy-duty bandsaw in an extremely robust design, featuring a horizontally and parallel-traveling saw band for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid material of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bimetal and carbide saw bands.

The saw unit is made from solid polymer concrete, ensuring optimum vibration damping and extended blade life.

Guidance of the saw unit is via two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. The saw band tensioning and carbide saw band guides are hydraulically pre-tensioned.

Material clamping is performed using two hydraulic vices. The control system is operator-friendly. Cutting length is adjustable via a counter with 0.1 mm resolution. Piece quantity is set using a counter, which automatically stops the machine when the target quantity is reached. Material feed is performed by a hydraulic cylinder for maximum cut accuracy. The machines are user-friendly and operate fully automatically.
