This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard via a manual hydraulic system, covering a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available on request, both higher and lower). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm, Ø 28 mm hole grid pattern.

When combined with machining equipment, inspection or reworking devices (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adapted to the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and safety options, have proven ideal for maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be serviced safely on-site and then moved to maintenance for repairs.

Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be cost-effectively replaced in the event of later wear. The following Table 2 provides an overview of the available standard models.
