Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series, designed as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding constructions, e.g. fixtures, railings, frameworks, etc. With the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section "Welding Table Accessories"), these table systems can also be flexibly configured for use as jigs, allowing for high-quality production of small and medium batches. The special workbenches feature a worktop with a thickness of either 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1), equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for simple alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern in the table allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can also be fitted with stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, deviating from the standard as required. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in the event of wear, making the table system especially sustainable for long-term use.
