Special Workbench Systems from the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for the efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive structures, such as jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the aid of the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly adjustable fixtures, allowing for high-quality production of small and medium-sized series. The special workbenches are equipped with either a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, featuring a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table surface has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking to easily align workpieces or fixtures. The table perforation allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and fixing aids. For special applications, the table surface can be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, as an alternative to the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the worktop can be cost-effectively replaced in case of wear, ensuring sustainable use of the table system.
