This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is provided as standard via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available on request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When combined with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to the height of the machine's clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated on site using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proved ideal for servicing injection moulding and die-casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be securely serviced on site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. The fully bolted construction of the clamping plate means the working surface can be cost-effectively replaced when worn. The following Table 2 provides an overview of the available standard models.
