This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the respective requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard by means of a manual hydraulic system within a range of 800 mm (higher or lower on request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop also features a 100 x 100 mm, Ø 28 mm hole grid. In combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing devices (deburring, marking, checking) can be adapted in height to match the clamping table of the machine. The tables can be easily relocated on-site using a pallet truck. These mobile systems with various fastening and safety options have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. After being removed from the machine, the tools can be safely serviced on site and taken to maintenance for repairs. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. The table below (Table 2) provides an overview of the available standard models.
