Here we offer you our newly manufactured pre-treatment plant VBH KM Pro for part dimensions up to 4,000x1,400x2,000mm.

System Description:
Pre-treatment plant for wet chemical cleaning of workpieces prior to coating using the 3-zone process plus nozzle bar on loss.

Equipment:
- Wash stations for up to 2 workpiece carriers in one cleaning cycle
- 3 rails (1 central, 2 side wash stations)
- Rotating washing ring with removable central nozzle bar (Note: The central nozzle bar is used when two rails with flat workpieces are to be cleaned simultaneously. Without the central nozzle bar, wider workpieces can be loaded and cleaned on the central conveyor rail.)
- 4 washing zones (degreasing circuit, 1st rinse (pre-rinse) circuit, 2nd rinse (final rinse) demineralized water cascading into degreasing tank 1)
- Final spray ring (zone 4) for passivation via no-rinse process when pulling out the goods carrier (spray duration adjustable). Passivation is injected into demineralized water. Feed into tank 1.
- 2 stainless steel supply tanks including level monitoring (rinse 1 + demineralized rinse)
- 1 insulated stainless steel tank, electrically heated, including level monitoring (degreasing)
- Drain valves on the tanks for disposal, cleaning, and refilling
- Supply of demineralized water via mixed bed cartridges
- Exhaust fan for removing water vapor to the outside including exhaust ducting
- Stainless steel cabin
- Loading via double-wing doors
- Operator terminal (PLC controlled) outside the washing cabin
- Control via PLC and touch display including remote maintenance module
- Intuitive, pictorial operation for fast and easy handling

Suitability:
- Particularly suitable for flat workpieces, as two goods carriers can be cleaned simultaneously using the central nozzle bar
- Racks and simple, open geometries up to max. 1,000mm width can also be efficiently cleaned
