Pelletizing plant for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn straw, etc.), animal feed, and more.

This is a complete (compact) system, built on a base frame, comprising the following components:

- Raw material storage bin, 4 m³, incl. agitator
- Hammer mill with 22 kW drive power for crushing raw material (e.g., wood chips)

- Inclined mixer for raw material, incl. fill level sensors and fully automatic moisture dosing
- Dosing hopper for pressing aids (e.g., corn starch)
- Dosing screw for optimal material feeding to the press (with speed control)
- Pellet press with 30 kW drive power, featuring a horizontal ring die, discharge chute, temperature monitoring, overfill protection, etc.
- Conveyor belt for pellet removal, discharge height approx. 2.5 m
- Drum screen for pellet dedusting and cooling

The entire plant is centrally controlled via Siemens PLC with touch display. All parameters are continuously monitored to ensure automatic shutdown in the event of a malfunction.

The plant has been designed and prepared for operation with a second pellet press!
