Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application for straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with drain function optional), HF cross-cut saw station, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, and integrated distance control for contactless operation of machining functions. • Automatic edge feeding for roll material via rotating roll plate D=800 mm

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge banding

• Long infeed fence (650 mm) with support

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot), precisely metered glue application via glue roller, separately adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic stand-by function (prevents glue burn-out if the machine remains switched on but unused for longer periods).

• Automatic strip magazine (70 mm storage capacity) with spiked roller for wood laths.

• Pressure zone consisting of one driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, oppositely conical spring-loaded pressure rollers ensure optimal bonding of edge material to the workpiece; pressure zone adjustment with digital counter.

• High-frequency cross-cut saw equipped with HF motor 0.35 kW, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades, and high-precision linear guides ensure clean and precise cuts; equipped with extraction hood

• High-frequency combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped WPL special cutters, suitable for radius, flush, and chamfer milling; horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing; unit adjustment fitted with digital counters for different edge types; two chip extraction hoods with central extraction port 2 x Ø 100 mm; vertical adjustment of the upper unit with the top pressure system.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with one 0.27 kW high-frequency motor, switchable from control panel. Optional single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Rotatable control panel with 10" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction when not in use, switching on/off of units and fault diagnostics, including digital meter counter for edge material usage.
