One-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hotmelt adhesive application to straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with drain function optional), 2-motor high-frequency (HF) end trimming unit, HF multifunction milling unit, 2-motor corner copying unit, chain feed system, motorized top pressure beam with encoder and ball bearing double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, integrated conveyor control for contactless management of processing functions, as well as L-Motion control (18 axes). Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/5.0 mm edge thickness and workpiece height from 10 – 60 mm.

• Automatic strip magazine (70mm capacity) with spiked roller for wood strips.

• Two counter-rotating, program-controlled jointing units equipped with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters provide clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge application.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, spill-proof, with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), finely adjustable glue application via glue roller, independently adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic stand-by function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is left switched on for a longer time without being used).

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller that runs synchronously with the glue roller and two smaller, counter-conically shaped pressure rollers with pneumatic pressure, ensuring optimal joining of the edge material to the workpiece. Program-controlled adjustment of pressure to edge thickness using L-Motion motor

• High-frequency end trimming saw equipped with two HF motors (0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm), two saw blades, and high-precision linear guides for clean and precise cuts, with integrated extraction hoods. Pneumatically pivotable from the control panel

• HF combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with multifunctional tools (straight + 3 different radii), horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing, each with three L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes, vertical tracing shoes, and the multifunction tool. Two dust extraction hoods, height adjustment of the upper unit with the top pressure beam.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of head edges up to 3 mm edge thickness. Equipped with two HF motors 0.27 kW, can be activated from the control panel. Either one-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying selectable. Two L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes and positioning the tool.

• Swiveling control panel with 10'' color touchscreen manages glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction when the machine is idle, activation and deactivation of units and fault diagnostics, motorized top pressure, extensive program memory, as well as fully automatic operation of the processing units.
