Operation:
- The parts to be processed are deburred, descaled, and derusted by self-friction.

- Thanks to its closed design, noise levels during deburring are reduced to only 68-72 dB(A).
- Generated dust is automatically removed during processing by a direct-acting extraction unit.
- Oily stamped and sawn parts can also be processed with this machine.
- During such processing, sawdust is additionally added to the drum.
- A time-delay circuit enables individual activation of the dust extraction system.
- This ensures that the parts are degreased and dried before extraction starts.
- The extraction unit is automatically activated after this process to remove the sawdust from the drum.
- Drum speed can be set for optimal processing results.
- The LIMA-400 L deburring machine can be installed anywhere with a solid surface/foundation.
- After each work cycle, the drum remains in position, allowing for quick opening of the drum hatch.
- A typical cycle lasts approx. 20 minutes.
