• MARPOSS Measuring Control P7ME for continuous measurement of workpiece height during grinding and automatic shut-off on reaching the final dimension. The measuring probe position can be set individually for both rotary tables via the CNC.
• MARPOSS acoustic emission touch sensor for preventing 'air grinding'. (The acoustic emission is transmitted via the respective rotary table by a water jet.)
• CNC-controlled grinding wheel dressing unit mounted under the segment head, with automatic compensation of the dressing amount. Simple parameter entry via the CNC in a pre-programmed dressing cycle.
• 2 x round magnets Ø 800 mm with fine radial pole pitch and electric holding force regulation
• Hydraulic weight compensation for the grinding head.
