Our Granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for secondary size reduction of wood chips. Further details can be discussed after testing with your material.

Our granulators are used for shredding a wide range of materials such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are ideal for a variety of size reduction applications.

For example, injection moulding machines generate reject parts and sprues that need to be recycled. In blow moulding, in addition to reject parts, there are also flash waste or start-up purges. Suitable for processing blow-moulding plastics such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes.

Material is fed from above into the grinding chamber via a hopper. The rotor inside is equipped with cutting knives. Material is reduced in size between the rotating knives and the stationary knives in the grinding chamber housing until it falls as defined regrind through a screen located beneath the rotor. *Option: The granulate is usually pneumatically conveyed to big bags, silos, or other containers.
