A high-performance wide belt sander designed for processing wood-based panels, solid wood, plastics, and metal. Suitable for both coarse and fine sanding, it ensures excellent surface quality and delivers stable, reproducible results.

The machine is equipped with two independently controlled sanding belt units, allowing the simultaneous use of different grit sizes. Each sanding belt features separate speed adjustment, effectively preventing scratches, overheating, and abrasive clogging.

The conveyor table, combined with precise height adjustment, enables sanding of materials up to 100 mm thick. Thickness adjustment is managed via a control panel with digital display, ensuring high accuracy and convenient operation.

Each sanding drum offers stepless speed control via frequency inverters, as well as sensors for belt tracking monitoring. These systems prevent the belts from running off track and automatically stop the machine in case of misalignment, protecting both machine and workpiece.

The sanding machine is equipped with a central extraction system and can be connected to industrial extraction systems or vacuum units via Ø100 mm extraction ports. Additionally, each sanding belt features a pneumatic belt cleaning system that continuously removes abrasive dust during operation.

Sanding belt changes are quick and simple—by releasing a single tensioning device, the belt can be removed. The machine is compatible with standard sanding belts joined with tape; no special or proprietary abrasives are required.
