The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an “upcut” machine and is primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid material to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its simple operation, fast and convenient material changes, as well as easy adjustment of mitre angles. The UK-600 A features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range twice 70°). The saw feed operates automatically at the push of a button, while the material is clamped by two pneumatically controlled vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. Standard features include a minimum-quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! The machine is equipped with connectors for a chip extraction system. Additionally, the machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety cover!

Our NC pusher system ensures that your workpieces are positioned at the desired processing position on our UK 600 HA 90°. A gripper clamps the material, and the NC control automatically positions the material. Subsequently, the clamping and sawing process is triggered. The positions are programmed in advance via the program control. Once the machine tool has completed the processing, it automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the workpiece, multiple parts can also be clamped together, either stacked or side by side, and positioned simultaneously.
