STS V-1.5 Vacuum Tank Trailer

Tank:
- 1,500-liter tank capacity
- Fully hot-dip galvanized tank
- Slight rearward tilt for improved cleaning
- Side rinsing port in the tank to remove contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
- Tank lid opens fully to passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
- 2-stage safety system as standard to protect the compressor from damage
- Siphon separator
- Overflow with 2 float balls and sight glass
- Manometer on overflow unit with protective bracket
- Mechanical fill level indicator with colored scale

Engine and Compressor:
- MEC 3000 vacuum compressor, 3,500 liters air output
- Maximum vacuum: -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
- Maximum overpressure: 0.49 bar
- Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
- Honda GX 390 industrial engine
- Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition, battery, and tank
- Internal intake hose to protect the engine compartment
- Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil collector
- Stainless steel heat shield above exhaust
- 1 liter of biodegradable compressor oil in oil bottle holder
- 5-liter fuel canister, secured
- Standard long-neck funnel for easy engine oil changes and refills
- All engine components and accessories stored in lockable engine box
- Engine box made from aluminum, powder-coated in custom color

Chassis:
- Fully self-supporting, hot-dip galvanized frame
- Low-loader tandem chassis rated at 2.7t
- Track width matches passenger vehicles and Sprinters for optimal handling
- Lowest possible center of gravity for the vacuum tank
- 2 axles, each with 1,350 kg capacity and independent suspension from a renowned manufacturer
- Continuous welded V-drawbar
- Robust metal fenders with lamp housings
- Stake pockets for quick securing of suction hoses with rubber straps
- Storage options for tools and accessories

Vacuum Tank:
- Overrun brake with reverse function
- Automatically locking ball hitch
- Reinforced jockey wheel
- 13-pin electrical connector

Connections and Hoses:
- 2x suction hoses (3”) 5m long with Perrot couplings
- 1x suction lance 3” (length: 1500mm)
- 1x Perrot coupling (3”) on tank lid (bottom)
- 1x Perrot coupling (3”) on the right side (direction of travel)
