Stav: nový, OMEC Symmetrical 3-Roll Mechanical Plate Rolling Machine with Double Pinching Brand New “CE” Certified Made in Italy WORKING WIDTH: 2050 mm TOP ROLL DIAMETER: 150 mm BOTTOM ROLL DIAMETER: 150 mm SIDE ROLL DIAMETER: 150 mm MAXIMUM BENDING THICKNESS 1.5 x D: 4 mm MAXIMUM BENDING THICKNESS 3 x D: 4.5 mm MAXIMUM BENDING THICKNESS 5 x D: 5 mm MACHINE DIMENSIONS: 920 x 3400 x 1100 mm TOTAL INSTALLED POWER: 6.5 kW WEIGHT: 1700 kg The FX3-3 series identifies the mechanical asymmetric 3-roll plate bending machines with a straightforward full pinching system. The side roll (bending roll) is standardly equipped with steel supports, bearings, and external bronze slides, ensuring maximum reliability and minimal friction over time. Rotation is applied to the TOP and BOTTOM rolls via a gearbox and self-braking motor, while sheet movement and pinching also use top-brand motors and gearboxes. Features include induction-hardened rolls, motorized movement and pinching, readiness for section bending rolls, and a conical device installed directly on the top roll. This combination offers exceptional quality and user-friendly operation for a wide range of cylindrical and conical rolling applications. The upper roll can be opened laterally by default to remove the finished rolled shell. MACHINE CONFIGURATION: - MOTORIZED TOP AND BOTTOM ROLLS with equal power. - MOTORIZED SIDE ROLL for up/down movement. - MOTORIZED SHEET PINCHING. - DIGITAL DISPLAY for side roll positioning. - DIGITAL DISPLAY for sheet pinching position. - ROLL HARDNESS: HRC 55/60, hardened to 2mm depth. - Side roll supports in steel with sealed bearings and external bronze slides. - Side roll tilt adjustment prepared for cone rolling (except conical device). - External tilt adjustment lever (right side) for FX3.2/FX3.3, (right+left) for FX4.1/FX4.2. - Prepared for section bending rolls. - 2-pedal foot control with lateral roll up/down and sheet pinching commands, including emergency stop. - ELECTRONIC PHASE CONTROL of power supply. - ELECTRICAL PANEL COMPLIANT WITH CE STANDARDS. SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE: - Frontal conical device on top roll. - Digital display for side roll positioning. Godsgyk S Aepfx Adzokc - Digital display for sheet pinching position.
