The machine operates in a semi-automatic cycle. During each cycle, the machine performs: miter cutting at a set angle (within the range of 45°–90°) and drilling on the mitered plane or on the edge of the workpiece.

Machining Units
The device is equipped with two machining units. The left unit is fixed, while the right unit is movable. Each machining unit consists of the following components – aggregates: main saw, scoring blade, boring unit for drilling in the mitered plane, and boring unit for drilling in the bottom of the element.
Bottom Drilling Unit
This unit is optional. It is used when processing corner trims for casings with adjustable width. It performs a non-through hole for cup junctions. In the photo, a red cover is shown, which also serves as a base for angular strips and features an extraction port for chips.

Workpiece Clamping
The machine is equipped with a dual-plane clamping system, featuring both horizontal and vertical clamps. Horizontal clamps ensure the workpiece is pressed against the vertical stops and aligned. Vertical clamps immobilize the workpiece during processing. The horizontal clamp always activates before the vertical clamp.
Control System
The control system is user-friendly, intuitive, and functional. It allows for the independent activation or deactivation of each aggregate, separated by left and right side. All units are driven independently. Right machining unit positioning is controlled by push buttons on the operator panel. The actuator consists of a gearbox with an electric motor driving a leadscrew. An electronic US control system with an operator panel and digital display is used for reading and setting the length of the workpiece. This system also automatically compensates the indicator reading when changing cutting angles (45° and 90°), and handles automatic reference setting.
