Subframe:
Subframe in robust welded steel construction with two longitudinal members and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper section and 4 mm floor plate of Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 round lashing eyes inside; outside at mid-height. Corner stanchions fixed, with lower latches. Rear and side walls (one-piece, full length) made of aluminium hollow profiles; side walls foldable and swinging with drop side lift assist. Tailgate foldable and swinging, with central locking integrated into the tipper section. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, cleanly welded to tipper section and longitudinal/cross members. Ram carrier and tipper pivot integrated and reinforced within the longitudinal members. Tie-down rings (4 per side) positioned along the outside edge of the tipper floor. Steel structure in St 52-3 quality. All steel parts sandblasted, body components painted or powder coated in RAL 9016 solid colour.
