Mixing drum
• Horizontal cylindrical mixing drum
• End walls bolted to the drum

Mixing system
• Mixing tools designed as ploughshares or inclined paddles, bolted via paddle arms in pockets

Bearings
• Shaft supported in flange bearing housings with roller bearings located outside the mixer

Sealing
• Shaft sealing by easily replaceable stuffing box packings, air-purged stuffing boxes

Feeding
• 2 nozzles with flange according to layout drawing

Ventilation
• Via 1 nozzle with flange, according to layout drawing
with filter bag incl. bracket and welded-in protective grid

Discharge
• Via dead space-free closing flap, pneumatically actuated
• 1 discharge nozzle with flange, according to layout drawing

Liquid addition capability
• Not available

Inspection and cleaning
• Via 1 flap at the front of the drum (1700 x 550 mm)
Flap closes with quick-release fastener
• Workplace and accident safety ensured by locking magnet and limit switch (not wired)
