For sale is a strip coating line. The system originates from an insolvency and was in successful operation until production was discontinued.

Technical Data & Capacities:

• Material: Suitable for aluminium and stainless steel coils.
• Strip width: 80 mm to max. 600 mm.
• Material thickness: 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm (for aluminium).
• Speed: approx. 20 – 25 m/min.
• Coil weight: Max. 3,000 kg.
• Inner diameter: 400 mm (expandable to 500 mm with included adapter jaws).
• Coating options: From narrow colour stripes (from 7 mm) up to full-surface coating.
• Temperature range: Oven operation approx. 250°C.

System Structure & Components:
• Infeed: Expanding decoiler with height-adjustable coil transfer cart (load capacity 3,000 N).
• Coating unit: Double coater for precise paint application using steel roller deflection.
• Drying: Drying and burner section with two Eclipse gas burners and control panel.
• Safety & Environment: FID probe for continuous monitoring of solvent concentration in the oven, including control unit.
• Cooling: Cooling zone with fresh air supply before leaving the oven.
• Post-processing: Integrated slitting device for longitudinal cutting of the strip (incl. slitting knives and spacer rings).
• Outfeed: Hydraulic strip control, disc brake, and transfer arms at the recoiler.

Inspection & Processing:
• Condition: Used, functional until decommissioning.
• Location: Wuppertal.
• Dismantling/Transport: Dismantling and removal must be carried out by the buyer at their own expense.
