The saw carriage guide featuring both main and scoring saw units runs on a hardened and ground round shaft guide system. The highly precise drive using a rack and pinion system ensures extremely smooth operation of the saw carriage at cutting speeds from 5 to 100 meters per minute. High-end cut edges are achieved through automatic cut height adjustment for the optimal saw blade entry angle and the exceptionally smooth-running saw carriage. The dual measurement system guarantees the highest possible repeat accuracy. The pressure beam lifts depending on material thickness, minimizing material handling times. The "Greenline Package" with controlled extraction slides and direct motor activation can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%.
