Description

Mitre saw automatic machine with semi-automatic operation for sawing aluminium and light metal alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left, with saw head swivelling 0°-45° to the left. The control is via multi-microprocessor system, while two NC-controlled axes allow programming of up to 1000 different cutting programs for the same material, each with different quantities and lengths.

- New centralized control console on an articulated arm for easy operation of the machine from any working position and for immediate access to the emergency stop at all times.
- Fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial interface.
- Display with 20 characters x 4 rows for showing the following technical parameters: number of programmed and completed cuts, saw blade thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, and display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
- New – Logging and display of alarm and error messages with the ability to review past incidents. New – 600 mm material feed with feed motor and precision ball screw mounted on opposing ball bearings.
- New – Low-voltage control panel: polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed and raised keys and actuation signal.
- Saw bow stroke programmable directly from the control panel for adaptation to the cutting material.
- Ball-bearing turntable for smooth and precise rotation.
- Clamping system consisting of two face-mounted vices, which can be freely positioned along the longitudinal axis of the parts.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the head at angle settings at 0 and 45 degrees to the right and left.
