Description:
Electropneumatic, vertical, linear-guided automatic saw designed for the use of HSS saw blades, capable of performing series cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel.

The machine also operates in semi-automatic mode. CNC automatic unit with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by the latest generation MEP control, allowing up to 1,000 different cutting programs for the same material thickness, each with different cut lengths and quantities.

- New centralized control panel mounted on a swivel arm, allowing the operator to easily reach the emergency stop button from any position.

- NEW: 600 mm material feed with stepper motor and ball screw assembly mounted on opposing ball bearings.
- NEW: Electronic inverter for continuous adjustment of the blade speed from 15 to 90 rpm (optional: 30 to 150 rpm).
- NEW: Low-voltage control panel with polyester membrane keyboard featuring thermoformed, raised keys, and operation control signal.
- Double gear set for high sawing performance.
