System for filling yogurt and quark into round plastic buckets of various sizes and for labeling them with self-adhesive wrap-around labels. The system consists of a separate filling/sealing block and a labeling unit.

Filler/Sealer: Plastic buckets are taken from the stack in the bucket magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. Before filling and closing, both the buckets and lids are sterilized using a heating cartridge with hydrogen peroxide and steam. The product is filled into the buckets using a calibratable gravimetric load cell until the predetermined weight is reached. The sealer picks lids from the lid magazine, places them onto the buckets, and presses them closed.

Labeler: Inline labeling machine for self-adhesive wrap-around labels. Suitable for various bucket sizes from 1 to 5 kg.
