Machine is used for the production of medical screws and is equipped with an automatic workpiece feeder via a Rübenach vibratory bowl feeder with pneumatic swing gripper for raw part loading, as well as with tailstock (pusher) and ejector in the workpiece spindle head. Pneumatic workpiece clamping system integrated in the workpiece spindle head.

Finished parts are ejected and discharge into a collection container.

The tool slide is configured as both longitudinal and cross slide: the longitudinal slide determines thread length and pitch via the leadscrew; the cross slide determines thread depth.

Copying device at the end of the cross slide with template holder for conical screws.
