Operating conditions: The heavy-duty trailer is designed for use on level, paved surfaces within internal company premises.

Multiple trailer operation:
Trailer components are not (without a coupling device) designed for convoy operation with multiple trailers.

Payload:
60 t at 6 km/h with evenly distributed surface load between the axles. Point or strip loads allowed only upon notification.

Main frame:
Robust welded construction made of profile steel.

Loading platform:
Dimensions approx. 6,000 x 2,500 mm, platform height approx. 1,012 mm, deck covered with softwood planks, all-round recessed edge protection.

Steering:
All-wheel steering on 4 pendulum axles, towbar can be raised, removed, and switched from front to rear; coupling height on towing vehicle approx. 650 mm (other coupling heights only upon notification); towing eye according to DIN 74054, diameter 40 mm; tie rods with adjustable ball joints; diagonal or drawbars are adjustable and mounted with low-maintenance bushings; towbar drop protection per applicable accident prevention regulations (UVV).

Running gear:
4 steered pendulum axles, 2 steered axle lines for even wheel load distribution; wheels with solid rubber tires approx. 559 x 406 mm; wheel hubs with tapered roller bearings and permanent grease lubrication.

Paintwork:
Top coat RAL 5002 ultramarine blue.

Additional equipment:
- Optional: Two-line air brake system acting on 4 wheels, gradient < 4%. Separate parking brake via spring-loaded brake cylinders, also acting on all 4 wheels.
- 2 lashing eyes or crane hooks made of round steel welded horizontally into the longitudinal beams on each side; use crane hooks only when the trailer is unladen.
- Inner turning radius approx. 2,100 mm
- Outer turning radius approx. 5,500 mm
