- Cones (K) have a high inherent weight, which ensures good removal rates. Their round shape allows for gentle processing.

- Pyramids (P) are ideal for deburring processes due to their edges. Their tapered shape allows the media to reach hard-to-access areas, such as bores.

- Tridents (DZ) are well-suited for working on complex components, such as gear parts or workpieces with grooves.

- Paraboloids (PA): Similar to cones, paraboloids excel in smoothing and polishing thanks to their round shape, ensuring a gentle and even finish on workpieces.

- Lenses (L), with their lower weight, are suitable for soft materials and provide careful and consistent material removal.

- The wedge (K) stands out due to its versatile geometry and is an optimal media for deburring. Its pointed shape enables it to reach difficult-to-access slots.

- Tetrahedrons (T) operate much like pyramids, providing efficient deburring through their edges. However, their more pointed corners allow them to access more complex areas.
