Blasting hall for all abrasive media made from a steel structure/insulated panels with filtration system, recirculating air system, abrasive media conditioning, 200L pressure blasting vessel with automatic refilling, blast hose with dead man's switch, breathing air system, LED lighting, wall cladding in 70 Shore 4mm reinforced rubber fabric, sweep pit with bucket elevator.

Abrasive media recovery via sweep pit with bucket elevator, upgradable to a transverse screw conveyor with dosing hood across the entire width as a sweep pit or as a fully flat conveyor floor.

Workpiece handling can be retrofitted: blast carriage with rail bed, crane system, roof crane opening, etc.

For glass bead blasting of stainless steel, upgradable with suitable magnetic drawer or electrically driven magnetic drum separator.

When blasting with two different types of media (ferrous and mineral), upgradable with magnetic drum separator, final demagnetisation stage, and second air classifier for media separation and cleaning.

Safety equipment: emergency lighting with battery, emergency stop switches in the cabin and outside, viewing window to the blasting chamber, gate/door limit switches, dead man's control, quick venting of the pressure vessel.

Warranty of up to 5 years on various components.
