The cable allows the welder to work freely at several locations without moving the device. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive deformation. The weld seam is created very quickly and efficiently, producing a strong and reliable weld joint.

Design:
The welding gun cable allows for a high degree of mobility, making it easy to weld in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clearly arranged screen is intuitive to use. The unit is equipped with a high-performance cooling system, enabling operation under harsh conditions in three-shift environments.

Operating principle:
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed towards the welding wire, which is fed by the wire feeder, and the joint. When the trigger is pressed, the welding gun must be moved along the weld line at the same speed as the wire feeder. A stable operating temperature of the beam source and welding gun is maintained by a water-cooling system. The laser output and cooling are controlled by a controller, which adjusts parameters to the user's settings.
