Single-stage cleaning machine
Operating principle, machine with lift door
The cleaning machine’s tank is manually filled with tap water (optionally via the automatic refill valve AR-2) and heated via heating elements and thermostat settings. The time settings for the phases washing, dripping (optionally drying and steam extraction) are controlled using the "PROCESS TIMER".

The parts are placed on the loading rack or loading trolley and pushed into the cleaning chamber. Optionally, for heavy loads, a conveyor belt (MIU / AIU) can be installed to transport the parts into the cleaning cabinet.
The lift door is closed, the machine started, and the wash pump circulates the cleaning fluid over the rotating spray systems onto the objects to be cleaned.
The rotation of the upper and lower spray arms is activated by the reaction force of the reaction nozzle located at one end of the spray arm. The rotational speed can be adjusted via a screw on the reaction nozzle.
Optionally, the rotation of the upper spray arm can be motorized, and the spray arms can be equipped with additional nozzles.
After the washing time has elapsed, a brief dripping phase follows, whereby the used cleaning fluid is returned to the wash tank through the filter baskets.
Optionally, the wash fluid can be filtered using a filtration unit (EFG-6 or PP197).
An additional stage, such as pre-washing or rinsing, via fixed spray pipes NS-2 / NS-TEMP, is optional. In this case, the parts are rinsed with fresh water (cold or heated) which is discharged through the drain valve.
Optionally, the parts can be dried after the cleaning process using a drying unit.
After the cleaning process is completed, the lift door is held ajar for steam extraction.
Steam from the cleaning chamber is extracted using the steam extractor (DF-250S), or condensed using the steam condenser (FX6002) and recirculated into the tank. Both accessories are optional and not part of the machine’s standard equipment.
After the steam extraction time has elapsed, the lift door opens fully and the cleaning process is complete.
Optionally, the lift door can be equipped with a safety edge, which automatically stops the door if an object is detected in the door opening.
The cleaned components can be removed from the cleaning chamber onto a platform or a loading trolley.
