FOAM TANK (1 unit)
Frame:
- Box profile
- Capacity: 5 m3
- The tank body is made of 3 mm stainless steel sheet AISI 304
- Welds are made by suitable stainless steel TIG welding

b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel pipe
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Leak test is carried out at a pressure of 6 bar.
c) Mixing System
- 3 kW, 60 rpm agitator motor
- Drive is equipped with sprockets
- Leak tightness is ensured in the shaft seals
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed blades on the outer walls are mounted for increased dispersion and to provide a homogeneous structure

d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analog, with two outputs provided.

- The capacity of the bitumen pump is max. 8 m3/h. Bitumen pumps are coupled with 7.5 kW 400 rpm gear motors.
- The bitumen meter is a system with a capacity of 10 m3/h.

a) Pipes
- Steel pipes according to DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25).
- The mill line is constructed with 1.5-inch inner pipe and 2-inch outer jacket pipe.
- Jacketed pipes are welded according to TSE standards.
- Bypass pipes are manufactured as 0.5-inch at suitable locations.

b) Compensators
- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, 200°C.

c) 3-way and 2-way heated valves
- In compliance with TSE standards.
- Designed for operating conditions under high pressure (16 bar) and temperature (230°C).

d) Hot oil valves
- Hot oil valve by KLINGER or THERMO brands. Heat resistant.
- To be DN 25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16.

e) Filter
- Made with 3 mm wire inner container. Designed for frequent and easy cleaning.

The control panel is assembled to comply with IC standards.
