Condition of the Baler:
The machine has undergone partial refurbishment and general maintenance in our workshop. After completion of the refurbishment, the baler was tested under live operating conditions and is available for prompt sale.

The following refurbishment work has been carried out:
General Work:
- Machine cleaned, de-rusted, primed, partially repainted
- Wire entry marks in press channel bushings welded and smoothed

Hydraulic Unit:
- Hydraulic oil tank completely drained, cleaned, and refilled with new oil
- Oil and air filters renewed
- Leaky oil sight glass on hydraulic oil tank replaced
- All hydraulic hoses replaced

Electrical:
- English language uploaded in program menu
- Two key switches in operator panel replaced
- Control cabinet replaced
- Signal lamp on control cabinet replaced
- End switch for flap replaced
- Wirbulator electrics renewed, connected, and tested

Press Platen:
- All four press ram rollers removed and replaced
- Main hydraulic cylinder dismantled, overhauled, cylinder honed, all seals replaced, leak test performed
- All press platen plastic wear blocks replaced

Pre-press Flap:
- Both bearings on pre-press shaft replaced
- Both hydraulic cylinders dismantled, overhauled, both cylinders honed, all seals replaced, leak test performed
- Scraper flap on pre-press replaced

Tying:
- Two complete needles with wire pulleys replaced
- Needles adjusted and set
- All wire pulleys in needle heads replaced
- Twister fingers replaced
- Two twister shafts replaced
- All 8 wear plates on the Drillomat below the twister fingers replaced

Scope of Delivery:
Only the baler itself is being sold.

Documentation (operating manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic schematics) is complete. Inspection by appointment is possible. We accept no liability for technical data or possible errors.
