B) Front Processing System (FLEXIBLE Drilling and Insertion) BAT-RTW-CNC
1 robust base frame with a precision-geared slewing ring to accommodate a workpiece clamping system with 4 stations; a geared motor with frequency inverter serves as the rotary drive.
Each workpiece clamping station consists of a fixed right support arm and a left support arm adjustable to the workpiece length, as well as precise locking at the machining stations. The machining stations are flange-mounted to the base frame:
- Station 1 for loading
- Station 2 for handle and fitting drillings from above and below; routing from above
- Station 3 for adapter and buffer installation
- Station 4 for workpiece removal
