The parts to be shot blasted move via roller conveyors at the machine’s infeed and outfeed. Turbines are installed at suitable angles within the machine housing, allowing the surface of the components to be blasted from both the top and the bottom.

A key advantage is the ability to blast products quickly. Semi-finished and finished products can be conveyed using the roller conveyor and the integrated conveyor system.

The digital speed control used in our machines can be adjusted for each batch according to the type of workpiece and the desired blasting coverage.

The machine is designed and manufactured according to the size, weight, and daily quantity of the parts to be blasted. Conveyor lengths can be extended or shortened upon request.
