With the Double Mitre Saw DGL200E, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws, so that you can impress your customers with flawless, high-quality building components. Cut lengths can be loaded into the control system of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB connection, or can be entered manually using the keyboard. Special software solutions enable automatic positioning for cross cutting, overlength, or underlength, so even lengths outside the standard cutting range of the machine can be processed. An optimisation program with offcut management helps to minimise waste, allowing you to work more cost-effectively and sustainably reduce the need for valuable materials such as aluminium, plastic, or wood. The thermal label printer with dispensing function, ergonomically integrated directly below the operator terminal, enables efficient labelling of finished parts. Good and controlled waste disposal from the basic machine can optionally be supplemented by a conveyor belt system.
