UDSA Gas Warm Air Heater – Peak Efficiency

The best-known device from REZNOR is the UDSA gas warm air heater, which ensures uniform air distribution in industrial halls. This easy-to-install recirculating air unit is available in 14 capacity sizes from 7 to 97 kW and consists of a heat exchanger, gas burner, and an exhaust fan. Combustion air can be supplied as standard from outside or from the room itself.

The UDSA warm air heater from REZNOR guarantees uniform air distribution in the heated hall. Its patented heat exchanger sets new standards in terms of airflow and heat transfer, achieving an efficiency of over 92 percent.

These are directly heated gas air heaters (WLE) with fan-assisted atmospheric multi-gas burners.
The installation, and the gas and flue connections of the gas WLE must only be carried out by an authorized installation company.

The gas WLE units are suitable for:

- Inlet temperatures below 5°C with stainless steel heat exchanger*
- Single-stage or two-stage heating operation* controlled by room thermostat and heating control switch
