Tempering oven for stress-relief annealing and forming of acrylic glass

The oven features two doors on one side and two narrow rear doors with rail system. Panels are suspended there, clamped and released pneumatically using a foot switch.

- The oven has a maximum temperature of 230°C and maintains a permanent deviation from the target temperature of +/-3°C at 75°C.
- Internal dimensions: approx. width 1600 x depth 2000 mm.
The rail system allows the oven to accommodate a free-hanging panel up to 1800mm in height.
- The rail system can be seen in the attached illustrations. The rail system may also be installed at the front side.
It accommodates panel thicknesses from 1.5 to 25 mm and supports a maximum panel weight of 150 kg.
- The power output can be adjusted in several stages.
- Air circulation: approx. 3,000 m³/h
- For safety reasons, the doors can also be opened from the inside.
- Safety feature: In the event of fan failure, the heater is automatically switched off.
