Profile Processing Centre Type SBZ
- Cutting and machining centre – material flow from right to left
- Automatic infeed magazine for manual loading for 12 profiles, max. profile length 6500mm, automatic transfer station to the transport track of the gripper
- Infeed unit for PVC profiles with NC-positioned gripper, driven by a high-dynamic linear servo motor
- Automatically adjustable profile guides for different support contours of the profiles
- Machining station configured as G-module with 3 servo axes, including clamping elements and integration into the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following operations on PVC profiles:
o Drainage and ventilation slot drilling in frame, sash, mullion, transom, and glazing bars
o Lock casing milling on window sash, front door and side door sashes
o Marking drillings for internally screw-fixed mullions, transoms, and connectors
o PZ and handle milling on HAT sash
o Door plate fixing drillings
o Sash hinge pin drillings 2x6mm / 3x2.5mm
- Complete VU-sawing process with double saw unit, 2x45°, for simultaneous cutting of start and end, as well as notching cut for weld-in transoms. Saw feed with servo axis via linear servo motor and height adjustment with servo axis via ball screw spindle
- Gasket tensioner above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removing PVC waste from the VU saw machine area
- Complete saw unit in standard design with one saw aggregate for start and end cuts, infinitely variable NC-controlled swivel drive, swivel range +45° to -45° for saw blade diameter 550mm, saw motor with 2.5kw power
- Horizontal circulating buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from the BAZ to the steel insertion station, as well as the screwing station and to the SBZ
- Steel insertion station for manual insertion of steel reinforcements with 12 slots
The 1st and 2nd steel slots have clamps to hold the PVC profiles during manual reinforcement
- Monitor as steel length display for the steel insertion station, incl. control module

- Screw station on the horizontal circulating buffer, working from above and below, with frequency-controlled electric screwing unit, for screwing the steel reinforcement into the frame, sash, and mullion/transom profiles, setup for one self-tapping screw 3.9x16mm, including insertion unit with NC-positioned gripper, powered by a high-dynamic linear servo motor
- Additional screw station with automatic screw feed
- Drilling station as steel module with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal adjustment
- Automatic label printer with dispensing device. The labels are manually affixed to the profiles
- PC machine control / switching cabinet PC C6140-0010 (TwinCat) enclosure
7-slot ATX industrial PC for installation in the control cabinet
3 PCI slots for cards up to 270mm long and 3 PCI slots for cards up to 240mm long
